I Suggest you try it via your mobile phone, because the IP address of your mobile phone is fixed. If your mobile phone can find the wireless signal, the problem is probable caused by your computer IP.
In this situation, you should manually modify the IP address of your computer, make your computer IP and the wifi repeater IP are the same. After you completed the configuration, You must remember change it to” Automatically obtain an IP address” and “Automatically obtain DNS server address”, otherwise it will cannot connect to the network.
If you still don't know why, suggest you reset this wifi repeater. Under power on situation, press the reset button for about 8 seconds, until the WIFI lamp light up and you have succeed restore factory defaults.
